The Story Behind Our Mission
Business Philosophy
Founders David and Madi started HTX Facility Services in the Houston Heights. They wanted to build a better commercial cleaning company in Houston — one that puts relationships first. After years of evaluating the industry, they saw an opportunity to integrate modern systems and technology to ensure consistent quality. Madi also saw that many medical facilities were not cleaned well enough. Together, they developed a business model driven by aligned incentives, focusing on select partnerships to ensure clients receive the focused attention they deserve.
A Strong Foundation
To provide superior service, we designed a comprehensive hiring and training system to attract and retain top-notch candidates, backed by a strong culture and unique employee incentives. The company is built on the combined expertise and entrepreneurial spirit of its founders, David and Madi. Their diverse professional backgrounds in corporate banking, investment banking, private equity, and pharmaceutical sales provide a unique and professional foundation for the company. After meeting at LSU, they moved to Houston to start their business.
